Any real estate investors in here? I'm buying a 2 flat in Englewood, full gut rehab for under market value. Great deal on a beautiful property but due to the area I know most people willing to move in it gonna be trifling

englewood is quickly being gentrified by mexicans. maybe u might wanna lean that way for potential tenants if the black folks u run into are triflin.
Oh that's good news then. I know from talking to other investors that Mexicans usually fix their own shyt and don't really hassle you about lil shyt.
