They're loosing tons of money.. Employees AND customers are stealing. Same problem they had with Target on cottage. Plus the consistent shooting and killing of people on and around the property doesn't make things better. F*cked up situation all around..

if they were gonna close down, why not do it after the george floyd lootings instead of building up and even adding more to the land like the walmart academy??? I don't believe they were losing tons of money as that place stays packed, but someone did get murdered behind there a few weeks ago however. the people this hurts are the ones without reliable transportation. I can easily drive down to the one on doty road, but for some folks, that's not feasible.

I’d like to see their books

I don’t think they losing money likely they saying. Same with ALDI closing up shop

Something else is going on

I agree. I don't think they are losing money as there's a bunch of other stores adjacent to that walmart in the area.

are u referring to the aldi on 76th and ashland? ironically that was next to one of the remaining walmarts. this time they closed the walmart that's adjacent to an aldi.

Damn shame. I knew the manager at the Marshalls on 87th and they closed for the same reason. Theft.

I remember the day of the george floyd riots, I rode my bike over to where food 4 less was, and as we all know nikkas was looting everything. they were running up out the grocery store with all kinds of alcohol and shyt. never seen anything like it in person.
