Places like 14 Parish & Truth are cool kickback spots but I feel like it's harder to meet the women you see there. For 14 Parish, unless the girls are at the bar or you got the look that makes women want to say hello, it's just a dinner spot w/ cute women. Same w/ Virtue altho their bar area is larger & better as a result. Truth does have a decent outdoor patio when I've been for brunch/after-work events fwiw.
OTOH, a bonafide party/club is a lot easier to get a convo going altho there's a lot more competition. I guess it depends on if OP is tryina see women or tryina meet women lol.
