jewel's over here by my crib on 87th and dan ryan is back open. however, food 4 less, walmart, and home depot isn't. Also lowe's wasn't touched at all and have been open the entire time.

They probably barricaded the entrances like Menards did.

Menards had pallets of wood and other heavy material stacked up and blocking the entire entrance and all of the windows.
