Provides free meals 3 to 4 times a week. They also help secure housing and provide free health and foot care services. You can also come in and get clothes and also wash clothes that you may need wash. They ask no questions and invites anyone. Located near Clark and Fullerton in Lincoln Park.

Not just a women and children’s shelter. They take men too and specifically those that can’t get into a shelter anywhere else. Also has a number of services to help you get back on your feet. Multiple locations, main headquarters is in Englewood on 63rd behind the new Whole Foods.
I’m on the board of a non-profit that is affiliated with each of these organizations. They are open, non-judgmental, and ask no questions. Everyone is welcome. If you are in need of some services, definitely check them out.
