Is Charlotte really that popping in 2023? Mind you what would you guys explain how it is compared to nyc or philly. I been down there before in 2008 and got the vibe that it was hood hood. I went to a best buy in north charlotte or somewhere north outside it and maybe people in here would know the location. There were people chilling outside like folks up north are on the corner in the hood doing their activities. Plus with the fact you guys were open with the gun carrying and ownership. I got the vibe that yall had a lot of crime and killing going on at that time. I could be wrong. That gangland hidden valley episode didnt help my perceptions. I see on google maps that charlotte is built up like nobodies business.

I would like to visit down there at some point. I have some relatives down that area

I moved to the area in 2015 and the difference between then and now is night and day. I used to be able to drive straight through Charlotte on the way to Raleigh or wherever. Man traffic is stupid here now. It must be poppin cause mad people keep moving here. We want them to stop moving here

2008 Charlotte is definitely different from 2023

Feels like our murder rate has been a little higher this year but back then….. Home Invasion game was crazy.

Niccas was kicking down doors doing the B&E like ho’s bussing it open for @Henry Orbit

We lead the country in Home Invasion for a couple of years…. It was wild

As far as the night life….. it was definitely peak levels from 2005-2019

Okay been researching charlotte for awhile. Just curious what were and currently are the good and bad neighborhoods of charlotte? Ive read that historically west charlotte and north charlotte were the bad parts and east and south parts werent so bad. I know charlotte is gentrified to hell like atlanta is.
