Can you live comfortably in Charlotte as a single person with no children making between 50k and 60k? What about between 60k and 70k?

Yeah you can….. well depends on what you mean by comfortably though on 50k

Yes for 50-60k. But ultimately it will depend on how you're trying to live/other expenses you may have. If you can comfortably swing the rents in the area I think you should be good.

one of my mans, he super on the NYC >> everywhere else mindset + some videos I see are Cac Tik Tokers. I'm looking at the numbers now and going but shocked how low the Spanish population is which is the complete opposite here

I seen about 3 pawgs in the mix, bring more. I'll say arrive kinda early, while it's ample parking you're gonna wait trying to turn in off Graham, especially if you're coming from the south and turning left.

I'm down with it. Set it up. It's been brought up a few times but I'm not sure it ever happened. I think some meetups have happened on a smaller scale though.

I moved here from Baltimore a month ago, and I like it. I don't trust the Crab Cakes here, but the city is safer, cleaner and more modern than Baltimore. Charlotte is also more diverse than I would have thought. Nice basketball courts too since I like to hoop.
