Ate at Bistro La Bon last night, cool lil spot nice atmosphere. Had lamb chops, salmon salad and the gnocchi pasta

How them lamb chops and like price wise how was everything?

Lamb chops were hitting, should’ve got them med rare instead of medium tho. Price was reasonable. Bill was under $60 for eveything and enough to fill two people. They had $8 mixed drinks, I didn’t get any tho

I have another ice cream place for you @Bryan Danielson


On Father's Day, we took my dad to see Top Gun and then we went to eat. They wanted dessert so I found this ice cream place in Indian Land called Milkster Nitrogen Creamery. It was kind of like a choose your own toppings soft serve place, but they freeze your ice cream on the spot using liquid nitrogen. There was a Black man at the register and my mom was talking to him. He said that it was his business and they had been open since September. That day was also Juneteenth so even though I wasn't specifically trying to support a Black business that day, I ended up doing it anyway.

Jenni's has a bunch of weird flavors. If someone is looking for "standard" flavors, I see why they wouldn't like it.

@Responsible Allen Iverson or any other breh. Do know of any place that does shoe cleaning? (Preferable in University area)

And I know you kinda militant with the Pro Black Business stuff but they don’t have to be black. I just wanna get my white AF1’s clean.

I tried to clean the soles today and didn’t work out like I hoped. So now I wanna take to a shop.

Was gonna by some new ones (and I still may) but these were still in pretty good shape and just need the soles clean and they back in the game.

Only sneaker cleaners I know of are those kiosks in the malls. I don't know how much they cost but if you regularly clean your shoes, you might want to cop a sneaker cleaning kit like Reshoevn8r.

I've seen them in Concord Mills but they are probably in all the malls. It's people at these kiosks who will approach you and try to get you to let them clean your shoes.
