:manny: I dont know.

Where are some decent spots for around $800 a month. I want my first lease to be cheap so I can stack some bread.
Concord might be the spot for you. I live there and it’s not as far from the city as Gastonia. The areas around Concord Mills might be a little more expensive but areas near downtown Concord might be in your range. I am ok with being here but I do want to move to Charlotte eventually being that I know way more about Charlotte that Concord.

I ended up going to blue olive last night. It was lit. but then I got pulled over by a cop on the way home. He made me take a breathalyzer. Thankfully i passed and went home without a ticket. I’m surprised because I had a few drinks. I’m gonna have to slow my roll, too much bad stuff happened to me this weekend. I could’ve got a DUI.:francis::snoop:

So showing them C-Cups got you kicked out of a club..... but then showing them C-Cups for a cop got you out of a ticket?:ohhh:

Man the power of the Titty is vast, unlimited, and insane :whoo:

Normally, when I'm in Concord I'm in the Concord Mills area, but today I was in downtown Concord and I saw a lot of Black people out and about. Are Black people in Concord like that brehs? :lupe:

Wait..... I know this may sound silly....:russ:

But I’m gonna ask anyway:mjlol:

Concord has a freaking downtown?

Other than CCMills or off 85 that shopping center where Best Buy or Lowes is at. I’ve never really seen more of Concord. WTF?

I don't know bro. I say go for it if you're down to make that commute to work. And for the city happenings. You may be like Tribal Outkast above, hitting happy hour then hating driving back. If you're down to do Gastonia you may want to look into Fort Mill, SC too. Lower Taxes, No vehicle Inspection.

Another area you can check out is Arysley, it's like a small walkable city. Speaking of the area, anybody hit that Top Golf?
Thats the only drawback to living outside the city smh but it’s ok. I’d say look into Belmont if you’re thinking about Gastonia since it’s closer and you can get up there going up Wilkinson Blvd. Belmont seems like a quiet little city but I don’t know the rent prices there. Concord/Kannapolis. Maybe the Mountain Island Lake area. My job is near Plaza- Midwood and that’s where my co-workers like to hang afterwards so that’s what gets me. I can’t drink too much because I have to drive almost 30 minutes to the house.

It’s just like any other small town downtown area lol. It doesn’t matter at all. We be at Concord Mills and that area:russ:

My coworker lives in Belmont and she loves it. Her rent isn’t expensive at all. My sister lives in plaza Midwood and she loves it too. I don’t like kannopolis, it’s a weird country hood type vibe that I get from it. Northlake? I feel like it isn’t very expensive and it seems okay. A couple of my friends live over there.

Thought I was the only one that thought that. I hate going in that area.

A lot of brehs in here seem to live in the north Charlotte area. I do too. But I can’t imagine that commute if you guys work near uptown.

We all should have a north Charlotte meet up. Sorry @Skillz and @Mindfield333 lol.
