As someone who felt that Bivol was absolutely robbed in the 1st fight, and won clearly in the 2nd fight...
@chunky_mcdaniels does NOT represent Bivol fans whatsoever :dead:

I actually like Beterbiev and think he's an underrated Boxer
I don't ever represent any fans of any boxers.

Beterbiev isn't the issue, there's a narrative that has been made that I am incapable of being impartial due to his alliance with a war criminal, however it's not the case, I just don't reward blocked punches on the scorecards, it's simple, others do. I do reward counters and clear power punches however.

Apparently that's unhinged according to some pundits on here because I don't pander, so be it, whatever. :manny: Enjoy them sour grapes.

Benavidez work rate and power will win over Bivol, who I like.

Beterbiev was super pedestrain in both fights, especially fight number 2 (I thought he lost both). Benavidez v Bivol NEEDS to happen.

And when he wins like I think he will, Canelo's legacy gon' drop

Benavidez power does not look noteworthy at 175 at all.

If Bivol can go 24 rounds with a dude who had a 100% ko rate previously and not be visibly wobbled once, Im not seeing how Benavidez power will effect him to the degree its fight changing.

He is not going to outbox him, or outwork him either. He has no reliable avenues of victory beyond the fight of his life and Bivol being washed overnight.

Bet money we get this fight next. Beterbiev and bivol probably want a break from eachother at this point. Wouldn't be surprised if beterbiev wants to chill til next year. And bivol is prolly David's best chance to get undisputed cause beterbiev would pummel him. And it's possible bivol isn't the same after two grueling fights with Artur. If turk is smart he should make that as quick as possible so bivol doesn't get much of a recovery break. David getting the belts is the only way he gets the canelo fight.

Bad style matchup for Benavidez, Bivol will be too big of a bite for him.

100% facts. I don't know what it is, but it seems like before every fight Bivol gets underrated like crazy for some reason. Especially in the modern era, it's like pure Boxers are thought of as weaker fighters. People were talking CRAZY before the 1st fight of Bivol-Beterbiev that Bivol would be knocked out under 10 rounds. I saw a comment online that put it succinctly... "People expect aggressive power punchers to use their advantages, but don't expect Boxers to use theirs"

This fight is a perfect comp to how a Bivol vs Benavidez fight should go. Zurdo was a big 175 pounder, Mexican style, high work rate, and a harder puncher than Benavidez. Bivol straight up stayed in the pocked and outclassed him. If Bivol can do the same to Zurdo who is a the bigger guy who now is a world champion at Cruiserweight, he can surely do it to Benavidez

I think Benevidez X factor is he may have a deeper technical bag than zurdo, but on the surface, yeah he is a poor mans benevidez lol

Bud is #1 in my book and not because he is my guy but because for one, the Dubois fight dont sit well with me. I dont think Usyk is # with a lot or weight given off the strength of the Fury wins.

What has Inoue done better than Bud? the shyt he done Bud had already done. sn: I am not going to play the pick apart game but prime Donaire beats Inoue, I think he stops him.

Not too much problem with the rest of the list except Beterbiev should be lower. He really got bested by Bivol twice....but ok lets give him one, still think he should be a lil lower

from the eye test Tank is valid. from his opps standpoint and accomplishments, you could easily put Shakur on this list and remove his ass.

I feel Haney is deserving of being there despite what anyone thinks.

Guys I like to move in to the list if they get the right fights:

Murtazaliev
Hitchens
Boots vs Stanionis winner they will definitely put in there though I dont agree. the winner of that fight needs to unify with Barrios.
Ortiz....and maybe Bohachuk (whom Fundora ducked)
Janibek
Fulton

super sleeper: Carrington

Watched all 6 episodes. Was 🔥

The boxing thing I didn’t really care about and choreographed terribly (like Rocky movies)
and was unrealistic on how they were able to “learn” the “art” of boxing on the fly

I peeped from a cultural perspective about the immigrants and the political aspect
