the owner explained their vision at it makes sense if they can monetize in a way that makes sense (right now I think he Is doing stuff out of pocket + investors being sold on grander vision).

They will be a similar OTX type lane for prospects/journeymen/ cats that can't get on PPVs with larger promo companies.

It seems the "free" stuff will be ProBoxs/OTX/Red Owl/etc then the larger companies handle PPV/Major events. TR likely being the org that handles both sides
