this wasn't Arum being slick, simply the divisions he participated in weren't that strong that time
who do you think he should have faced but they avoided it...?
140 and 135 were just bad you can't do much about that
he still did his best actively looking for the best fighters those divisions had to offer
and this is why nikkas wanna see him face some threats at 147 by 2018.
Dude been getting by with the best available comp routine for years to the point we already established him as an elite fighter in 2 different divisions without facing a real threat.
You nikkas ain't give GGG that excuse so miss me with that shyt.
You nikkas begged for him to move up, but dude stayed and eventually got his big breaks after being ducked by guys like Martinez, Cotto, Canelo (for a while) hell even Sturm.
Crawford wasn't being ducked so it's not like he had to wait for names to go at him. He was the man (besides Broner)
I'm not even hating on Crawford. I love to watch him box because he has great skills with a mean streak, 2 things I like in a fighter. It's just that I wanna see how good he truly is when facing someone that's a threat to beat him.
I'm the nikka who made the term #ConsistencyCops and that's all I'm doing.
For example, the frustration ya'll have for #Superman is the same frustration I have for Crawford. I wanna see both them nikkas in meaningful fights in 2018. That's all I'm saying.
