The WBA mandated the fight just this week AFTER Andrade already moved up to 160 and vacated his title due to them not mandating the fight.....and Andrade was the mandatory since March 12th & also calling Lara out way before then.


Lara claimed in December 2016 that he was going to have his team make the Andrade fight for the Summer 2017, & instead he chose to use his voluntaries to fight Yuri Foreman & Terrell Gausha instead of facing Andrade. But it's Andrade who didn't want to fight
