me too breh. That's a blood bath :wow:

if rosado loses this i truly think its the end of the line for him...tapia shouldnt be fighting period..that boy is already talking funny...at best you gotta hope tapia comes out of this fight like he did the quigley fight in a loss..at worst he wins and it delays the inevitable being fed to a fresher 154-160 fighter or he gets beaten senseless like he did against kirkland, soro, and lemieux

you're very right, breh. They been talking that match lately. They will drain him down to 152 or 151. That's what I heard but nothing confirmed yet.

GGG team is very welcoming for this. That's why you won't see them discuss what's next anytime soon.

Again, I may be wrong because preliminary talks mean nothing.

Floyd still bothered that some people saying he's no GOAT cuz he's not fighting GGG, and the Canelo fight opened his eyes.

But still preliminary talks word???:ohhh:

this is one of the reasons why i just dont care about GGG vs Floyd...its not a fight that can be fought without the bullshyt

He's just playing with ideas. He won't fight Pence or Thurman though. That's Haymon money.

However, he's trying to see GGG at a catchweight. GGG will take the fight but it's a Win win for him

Oh yeah I fully believe you on not messing up the Haymon flow, I'm just honestly surprised (halfway) that he's thinking about lacing back up and getting in the square circle so soon and with GGG. I know GGG would take the fight because he wants a big money fight pretty badly

Question for you breh, if Floyd fought him at that catch weight do you think he gets the credit from most of the pundits?

:manny:

One side needs the body, the decorum. The other needs the money.

GGG deserves a Canelo rematch with no golden judges

there are fighters that Floyd should have fought but GGG is not one of them...the only way i would take that fight serious at the minimum is if it was fought at no catch weight..at the max Floyd would have had at least a couple of MW fights to acclimate himself so we can get a better gauge of his performance

I think @patscorpio and I are on the same page with this one. I understand why the fight would get made (or talked about), I just have no desire for it. Floyd is Floyd, so he deserves to do whatever he wants. I don't buy the he needs GGG for his legacy. That is bullshyt to me. None of these guys at 147 are as talented as Floyd...but at 40, there are a few guys I don't like the matchup at this age (Spence, Crawford...maybe Thurman).

Reality is the dumbass media keeps pushing GGG vs. Floyd and GGG doesn't need it either. A Canelo rematch is better for his resume or any of the legit 160 lb'ers right now. Also 4 years ago GGG going to 154 was :patrice:. He probably could have made it, but not as naturally as Abel said he would. It would have been terrible vs. Canelo, since Canelo could balloon up, it wasn't the worst idea since Floyd's punches wouldn't have really hurt GGG. GGG just would have been drained and Floyd's best strategy would be to drain his stamina. GGG going to 154 or below now is :scust:. GGG is no longer making 160 quite as easily as he once did, if he went to anything below dude would be a fukking skeleton at the weigh-in. He would be drained during the fight and the only real hope is that power would bail him out or Floyd actually looks like a 40 year old boxer who has been inactive.

Again, I understand the fight, I just don't like the idea of it.
