Porter is an easy fight for danny. He should and will beat him easier than anyone else has. .unlike keith danny don't get hit with dumb ass punches u can see coming a mile away and Danny's timing will pick shawn no head movement having ass apart. I wouldn't be surprised if danny stopped him

Anyway imma do a quick danny and Shawn break down






I.have seen close to 15 danny fights so I know the nikka pretty well. His biggest strength in the ring is his timING and anticipation. The reason this is, it's because danny been in the ring since like 7 years old. His style is MUCH MORE OF A BOXER than a puncher. He normally takes 3 rounds to study his opponent and pick up on patterns and mistakes. Against a boxer with the skill level of porter danny will be landing counters by the end of round 1. The counter check left hook when porter lunges in and the looping right hand if he backs up with his head down.



A lot has been made about danny having suspect stamina but a lot of that was him killing himself to make 140. At 147 danny has shown 0 signs of stamina issues. His biggest difference at 147 is his lack of raw punching power and the reason that is obvious he don't have bricks in his gloves like porter..but good thing he has head movement and the ability to punch with his opponent. Counterms punching is a great way to make up for lack of punching power that's the real reason Thurman was on some lara shyt with danny in the 2nd half of the fight. It wasn't danny power that kept keith punch output low, it was the fact that exchanges with a nikka with arguably the best timing in boxing is stupid.



The only way danny loses this fight is to fight in the pocket all night. As long as danny wrestle in spots, go to the body, throw combos, use his feet, he will win. Danny just need to dust off the lucas gameplan power punchers with no defense are food for us. .especially one that can only fight coming foward

If it's scared to throw his hands Danny that partially showed up against PED and did show up fully against Thurman I don't see this happening fam

You missing the point breh he "won" that Pacman fight. Who did he fight after the one he legit lost the 2nd one. Chaves that's was an okay opponent after the loss

I'm saying why is it a crime for Danny to fight a Chaves ass nikka instead he needs to jump in and do another camp prepping for another big puncher and then fight one. This is just plain unrealistic.


It's not as easy as just fighting a nikka that can punch you have to have weeks preparing for that type of guy and that shyt shortens your career stamina bar.

Danny gets scared to throw his hands because the opponent isn't there to be hit. When danny fight nikkas with no d, he lets his hands go perfectly. Against keith the movement of keith frustrated danny and the power kept him gun shy until the 6th round. In the PED fight danny was drained and fell apart in that second half of the fight. The fact that Danny won't need to cut off the ring makes this fight that much easier. Danny like any good boxer does not like throwing and not landing. Good think shawn defense is so ass, danny will pro land half his power punches
