Brook was non PBC
other than him Pac was the only relevant "non PBC" guy in welter this year -not counting Bradley because inactivity- and he just lost
Spence, Thurman, Porter, Garcia, Peterson, Brook, Pac, Horn, Vargas, Matthysse

Thurman vs Garcia is also a big fight which happened, just because it wasn't an action fight doesn't mean that the weightclass will be any less in quality because of it. Divisions defined by the quality fighters in them not by how exciting their fights are between each other.

Thurman vs Porter also happened last year, Turman vs Spence is bound to happen, Crawford can soon enter the mix, etc..
Idk how anyone could not view the welterweight as one of the if not the best division right now.

Pat is trolling 147 is hands down the best division in boxing. 2nd is 154

Well he lost and he's had no fights since then..........what do you think he should be ranked and why?

I think when you lose (even if its your strap) you should be dropped to where you need to have at least 2 credible fights before you fight for that title again. But that's just me.

I wouldn't put any of those dude's ahead of Swift. The alphabet belt rankings are bullshyt anyway. The only one who truly enforces their rules somewhat consistently are the IBF, and even they're pick and choose. WBC is the worst though. How long has Alvarez been Stevenson's mando? But they enforce Canelo/GGG right away, and I'm sure they're making a super belt for Floyd to fight McGregor for.

Rewatched Mayweather vs. Ortiz recently and the fight was actually pretty decent for as long as it lasted. Floyd was stalking Ortiz throughout the fight, and exchanging with him from time to time. Ortiz even caught Floyd pretty clean in the same round he decided to headbutt. Actually disappointed that the fight was cut short, although that ending never gets old.

That fight been ordered, but Alvarez stepped aside twice and won 2 fights... Once ggg quit stepping aside over and over Canelo had to fight him or give up the belt
