Good post. I got Usyk to take it all the way. He's got the credentials and the skills, ait defensively good workrate not to mention he is naturally a big guy (used to fight SHW at times beat Joe Joyce). One thing that may hurt him is he has a habit of starting slow before he gets into a flow.
Yeah Mike Perez may be better at cruiserweight his only losses were to PEDvetkin and Jennings so it remains to be seen but hopefully he doesn't become another eddie chambers where moving down didn't help much. Breidis seems legit though .
168 tournament Idk. Callum Smith hasn't been tested although the talent is there. Many dark horses. Groves got the best resume there (unless abraham somehow pulls it off).
I got no pick in the CW tourney, except I hope Usyk loses, by KO. He a tad bit overrated IMO b/c he came from the recently lauded EE class

How did Foreman generate that much power. Imma need the ring technical experts to explain that shyt.
Heavy hands+perfect hip rotation+good amount of whip+insane follow through. Keep in mind, in an actual fight he'd probably throw harder hooks :damn:

Plus this man made the Foreman grill :wow: legend in two games.

Gilberto Ramirez Expects Big Fireworks With Jesse Hart

MAZATLAN, Mexico - World Boxing Organization (WBO) super middleweight champion Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez is working hard for his second title defense, which comes against undefeated American Jesse "Hard Work" Hart.

The match between Ramirez (35-0, 24 knockouts) and Hart (22-0, 18 knockouts) will take place on September 22 in Tuczon, Arizona in the United States And the event will be promoted by Top Rank in association with Zápari Boxing Promotions.

Hart is the mandatory challenger under the WBO. And to face this commitment, more than obligatory, is the full desire of Ramirez, who since becoming world champion has really been pushing to become the best available challengers.

Ramirez is really looking forward to the fight. He received a lot of heat for making what many felt was an easy first defense against an overmatched Max Bursak back in April, as part of a Top Rank Pay-Per-View card from Los Angeles.

Ramirez is the type of opponent that Ramirez has always wanted to face.

"Fighting against opponents of this magnitude is what we've always wanted, giving good fights to the people against the best boxers available. That is the only direction that will lead me to become a solid champion," explained Ramírez.

"Zurdo" and his team have been following Hart's work for several years. Being both promoted by Top Rank, they knew that at some point the fight would occur. And finally on September 22 they are set to collide.

"We knew it was going to happen, we've been asking for it for a long time, but for some reason it did not materialize. He is a young fighter, he has a good record, we are both tall, hungry for victory and I think it will be an explosive fight," Ramiarez said.

In the middle of this month, Ramírez will travel together with his team to the city of Los Angeles where he will begin his camp, after two months of intense workouts that have emphasized work on strength and conditioning.

Qudratillo Abduqaxorov Decisions Mikhaylenko Over Twelve

By Alexey Sukachev

Russia - Rising Uzbek welterweight sensation Qudratillo "The Silent Assassin" Abduqaxorov (12-0, 8 KOs) strengthened his position in the welterweight ranks and moved close to its top-ten, maybe even breaking in, after his arguably most impressive career win over Russian fringe contender Dmitry Mikhaylenko.

Abduqaxorov, 23, decisioned his more experienced foe unanimously over twelve rounds of bloody action.

WBO/IBF #11 and WBC #13 welterweight Mikhaylenko (22-2, 10 KOs), 31, started relatively fast mixing it up with the defending Uzbek. The Russian fighter moved forward, trying to bring it to the close quarters against the taller Uzbek.

For the first three rounds it was an even fight, both combatants exchanging punches at a high pace. After third, however, Mikhaylenko started to feel fatigue, his punches mostly missing while Abduqaxorov was very precise with his counter right hands. Abduqaxorov was also very flexible and fast enough to avoid being hit often.

The end of the fifth was arguably the key moment of the fight, as an accidental headbutt opened a huge cut over the right side of Mikhaylenko's forehead, right above his eye. Abduqaxorov was deducted a point by referee Daniel Van de Wiele of Belgium - in full accordance with the WBC rules and regulations. Still it was a moment of truth, as Mikhaylenko started to deteriorate faster under harsh circumstances, while the Uzbek got more and more confidence with each fought round.

After the mid-point, the fight was all Abdu's. Qudratillo moved around the ring, peppered Mikhaylenko with an assortment of various punches, adding power shots when needed. His face a bloody mess, Mikhaylenko bravely fought back but hardly succeeded in doing so. Abduqaxorov pressed for the stoppage but got none, yet piling up enough points to make it look easy... If not to look at both fighters' faces.

The Final scores were: 117-110, 116-111 and 116-114 - for the Uzbek who retained his WBC Silver 147lb title for the first time.

WBC #7, WBA #8 and IBF #10 Abduqaxorov started his pro career in October 2015 and went 5-0, 5 KOs, before relocating himself to the Far East, where he went 6-0, 3 KOs, while fighting in Singapore and Malaysia. Mikhaylenko lost his bid for a vacant WBC Silver belt in May 2016 in a close fight against Zimbabwean Charles Manyuchi. Manyuchi was blitzed in one by Abduqaxorov in March 2017.
