Who has broner beat tho thats that much more qualified than a juanma or a salido. Ponce? Demarco?

DeMarco (when Broner beat him) was more highly regarded than BOTH Juanma & Salido when Garcia beat them. Salido had 12 Ls...Lopez had already been stopped twice.

How many of broners opponents under 140 beat mikey?

The same amount of opponents Mikey's faced that can't beat Broner.

I actually think this is a very close fight and a toss up, and dont understand the odds was gonna bet on broner at +500, but saying mikeys opps aint bout shyt when they very much looked like broners before moving up to 140. What is broners best win?

Broner already dominated them weight classes...I can say they aint shyt when Broner had them all running scared at 130 & 135. Broner was called a bully when he was down there, they said he was picking on small fighters.

Rojas, weighed in at 138... And he looked worse than the Martinez fight...
Garcia hasn't ever fought at 140. The 'worst' he ever looked at 130 was against Rocky Martinez, who he KO'd in 8 rounds, although getting caught with a flash KD. I agree with the odds being ridiculous. Broners size is being overrated, and Mikey's boxing underrated IMO/
I'm underrating his skills nor overating Broner's size. I'm just stating what I've seen from both men at Super Lightweight.

Rojas was a career featherweight also coming off of a 2 year layoff. Yet he was able to give Mikey problems at a weight neither guy was really accustomed to. Now we're to believe he can take out a motivated Broner at 140?

Perhaps, he's good enough to do it, but the odds in this situation don't actually favor him.

If its like that demarco had 2 losses and got mopped by valero before AB sparked him. Zlaticanin was undefeated never been dropped.

Thats my exact point breh. We cant dog ones opponents while the other faced similar competition.

Then u doin the same thing as those u disagreed with when they said that. If thats ur perogative :yeshrug:

I know ABs your boy but lets keep it a buck. If you gonna discredit mikey as a 3 world champion, then be objective an hold AB to the same standard.

DeMarco was WBC Champion, had only 1 loss at 135 (Valero), was ranked #1 at Lightweight, and was Broner's 1st fight in a new division...Broner destroyed him in 6.

Salido was beaten 4x at Featherweight before Garcia fought him, and it took Garcia 8 rounds to beat him.

Lopez, again, had already been KOd 2x previously, and Mikey beat him in a fight he came in overweight for.

Zlaticanin? He would've been another "Broner picking on these small fighters" opponent.

Ima take ABs win over DeMarco as more impressive.

You're acting like I brought it up....Im just in agreement:hubie:

Nobody has ever said Mikey Garcia was too good for 135 and he needs to move up instead of bullying small fighters.

That was said about Broner...never Mikey.

So....everyone's go to fighter when talking about skill, Rigo, believes that GGG is the 3rd most skilled fighter today?:jbhmm:

I disagree, but Golovkin is very skilled. How people deny his skill level is :dwillhuh: to me:manny:

We will see if he is really P4P top 3 when he fight Canelo. He do have an extensive amateur pedigree tho. Rigo might hold that in high regard. Rigo must not be active enough to be in his own top 5 :skip:

Yep...his MX Gloves.

Floyd wouldn't let him wear them in either fight, regardless if they were fresh out the box or not:manny:
Not even in the rematch either :hhh:

Floyd was shook:manny:

No way around it.

Broner was man enough, shyt I bet broner would have no problem to run it back again with him wearing mx gloves.

Fact is Floyd said when maidana hit him it felt like he had steel in his hands.

Well if they fought at 140, my bad then I was off.

Mikey's first fight back he got touched with a few jabs, but controlled everything to my recollection with the exception of round 3? Or one of them. As soon as he figured out Rojas's plan, he took him out. Zlatican fight was a huge risk, b/c is this huge puncher and Mikey is making a bold move in his 2nd fight back. Controls the fight from the start with jabs and left hooks, takes under 10 clean punches, knocks a dude the fukk out in a KOTY contender, to win a new title at a new weight-class.

Now, the odds are what they are, can't speak on that. To the fight itself. I've always thought the jab is the key to Mikey's success. AB has faster hands, but does not have an advantage in timing, or footwork, although MG may not be as flashy. Motivated or not, AB biggest problem is he can't play offense and defense at the same time. He has good power at 140, but unless he's clearly bigger, or doesn't respect the opps power, he lets off single shots. MG is a great counter puncher, and will get chin checked in this fight, but I think that when Broner stalks he will get left hooked to death. @#SOG_soldier said Mikey is a slow thinking fighter, while partially true--he has knocked dudes down and out early in the fights. MG also puts a lot of great body work in.....AB will be open for the counter(s). Close fight Garcia takes over in the end and either UD or late KO.

Very reasonable prediction. While I disagree. U had some very nice points. If mikey can time AB he can counter adrien as well. While I don't think mikey can win a slow paced fight with adrien I can see it happening. In either case I think the winner of this fight should be pac man retirement plan.
