I know he said that but they are raising higher and higher in ranks and if he fights Salido and bet him in August then there's not so many more upstairs to take to reach Lomachenko. He did...and normally, I'd agree, but I also keep in mind it was Loma's 2nd fight
But with Salido ducking, it shows me he knows he cant possibly win a rematch, even with TR increasing the offer to him he doesn't wanna fight, so it's time to move on for Loma.
