back in my diehard boxing days (2001-2010) I would watch every and any bit of boxing and that included women's boxing.

yea she was doing commentary during the match...shes hot

Any tips for keeping your elbows from flaring out (chicken wings) when throwing punches?

I'm trying to get more fluid when doing heavy bag work.

try shadow boxing in the mirror shooting your punches staright. Look at your form. most of the time you flare your arms out wide because you trying hit the bag hard, use your Techniqe. The better you get the more power you put into it.

Also understand its never going to be perfect.

no doubt homie.

also to this is a little trick my trainer taught me on moving my head(no homo) movement.

Take a piece of tape and put it on the mirror. Line it with your nose. slip from side to side so your nose isnt lined up with the tape. even duck under the tape. when you get use to it, every few slips throw a punch or 2. Once your really get it, throw combos every slip or 2. you practice that you will notice you moving your head without even noticing it.
