last night was my leg day.....I finally said fukk that bullshyt.....I got back to my assisted one-legged squats. got a bad back already and this workout was taking its toll. I get great results from my one leg bodyweight squats anyway. I still do my lunges and leg presses though. these heavy ass high rep squats gotta be deadly for the joints and CNS. i'm not tryin to end up like them dudes who can barely walk late in life. although I may have already put an expiration date on my back with all the bullshyt I put it through
