Canelo/Chavez should've been in Mexico:mjcry:
Yo if that fight was in Mexico city..........people thought what happened to AB after Maidana was bad..........JCC JR would have gotten 1000s cervezas chucked at him with the velocity of pedro martinez.........the trash throwing would have done more damage than Canelo and the hoes that took his fight check..........:wow:

The fear he puts in the eyes of welterweights and C level contenders as they hopelessly try to fire back, only to get brutally stopped with their face or confidence broken.

The cutter of rings

The bringer of fades:ohlawd:

The guy that makes you play UK and Son of a legend mode first before you think you ready to face him. :hubie:

The GOAT difficulty at middle weight:whoa:

The *insert* any number of boxing intangibles or skills to create a boxer to officially beat him :mjcry:

The guy that makes you train with the Avengers in order to be a match for him. :childplease:

Praise him. :blessed:
:mjlol:

The reseter after ever Jab :blessed:

The fighter of blown up welterweights and C level mandos :gladbron:

The turner down of $15MM :krs:

The backer upper in straight lines :blessed:

The waited until he was 36 to face his first real competition :mjcry:

The man who was outboxed by Danny 'Defense isn't a part of my game' Jacobs :whoa:

The dude who has to have a perfect fighter to beat him, getting exposed by a B level dude in his first step up :francis:

The breh who about to get taken to school in September :heh:

Can't WAIT!!!!!! :salute: brehs

Even WBA President is ashamed of N'Dam winning via scorecard....:manny:

I might have to rewatch this...? :manny:

I swear I don't get the outrage

N'dam outboxed him on most parts and Murata looked flat footed and basic af :yeshrug:

Gilberto Mendoza? Glad he's o active on twitter I might ask him that why they sanctioned this as a "regular" world title fight after they were swearing they erase them and they made Jacobs vs Golovkin...

I guess there's no way they accepted money from Arum. :sas2:

I scored it for ryota 7-5....he was basic a bit with low out put the first rds but I think he put together good rds in middle and closed out good.

the thing is in the 5th and 7th rd the ref should have ruled those knock downs for ryota. if u don't fall only because of you grabbing the ropes to hold you upright then that is a kd. :yeshrug:

ryota needs to start pumping a jab and go to the body more. also needs to move head more and be more active. right now he just cuts off the ring well and looks for a big counter. very surprised he didn't get the decision at home.

7-5 for Murata? I wouldn't even say that's outrageous or anything I can see how someone saw like that but it was certainly no wider than that so I don't get the crying about robbery

Canelo-Chavez crosses historic 1M PPV mark

Canelo Alvarez's 12-round shutout decision against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in their long-anticipated all-Mexico rivalry fight on May 6 in Las Vegas generated at least 1 million buys on HBO PPV, Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya said Friday.

The total is the biggest in boxing since Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao shattered the all-time record with 4.6 million buys in 2015. Alvarez-Chavez is also the first boxing pay-per-view not involving Mayweather or Pacquiao to sell at least 1 million units since Lennox Lewis knocked out Mike Tyson in defense of the heavyweight title in 2002.

not by resume but by your eye tests

who do y'all think is better, prime JMM or current Canelo?
Both are Mexican elite counter punchers with similar style.

not a fair assessment. JMM always fought killers and such.even chased the guy all were a bit shook to fight back in the day Prince Naseem. Canelo looks more dominant, but you HAVE to look at resume.

I see where you're coming frim but JMM as every fighter also hasn't fought exclusively just killer so there are points where you can make comparison.

If we would include resume that would be pountless cause then it would be the 26 years old Canelo maybe not even in his prime vs an already certified HOF fighter in his prime...
