They just TOLD you that Stephen Espinoza advised them that Lara turned down the matchup vs Andrade twice + Lara put out the tweet in December 2016 (not July like the thing you posted), because of Andrade constantly calling him out on twitter, saying he wanted Andrade in the summer which Andrade retweeted:

The chips are falling just like I've always said they would. Lara has until September to voluntarily face Andrade, but being that a member of his squad is already talking about the "25%", we can safely assume they wont be facing each other until about September/October
