Just blazed up this strawberry haze & re-watching the Showtime card right now, and I wanna say that John Jackson = The Black Amir Khan:heh:

This is the 2nd fight I've seen him in clearly winning, on his way to win a Championship, and then getting KTFO (First Andy Lee & now Jermell Charlo) :dead:

Fact is every credible writer I have seen has said the same thing, but #SOGGang ignores all the facts about the case and only believe what Ward says.
All reports were GGG's team offered Ward a fight and yes it was at 164, we aren't denying that. GGG asked for a catchweight because he wasn't planning on officially moving up to 168 and because his team believed he was the A-side. They acquiesced to Froch and JCC at 168 because they knew they were the A-side.
And again, that was the first offer. We all know negotiations are about what ends up, not the original offer. Ward could have countered back and said naw we need it at 168 and detailed other incentives for GGG to make the fight.
But guess what, Ward never countered back. HBO had to tell Ward to try and make the GGG fight and his team finally sent an offer to GGG. The same HBO that strong armed Ward into fighting Kovalev (and gave him two warm ups, but he may only get one because of injury).
When GGG's team got Ward's offer it had taken so long that GGG had signed another fight because he couldn't sit around forever and wait for a fight. Only Andre Ward feels comfortable doing that with the prime of his career.
But Ward has excuses, the same excuses that he needed to get out of his contract with Goosen, which still no one understands why he really wanted out of his contract. All words are the contract was more than fair and Goosen worked hard for Ward. The court thought it was so ridiculous they through it out because it wasn't even worth wasting a courts time.

One of these fighters has a reputation of being a solid, easy to work with guy, who is humble and respectful of opponents...one of the fighters has a reputation of being a primadonna and a pain to deal with. Y'all know which is which, yet that is who you put your faith in. :sas2:

Apparently it is cool to dis Dan. That is fine with me. It isn't like that is a personal attack on me. The problem is again, feeling getting mixed with facts. I like his chats because when it comes to facts, Dan is about as reliable as any journalist out there and moreso than anyone chooses to post around here. People's problem with Dan is when he shares his own personal opinion. Opinions are different than facts. You don't have to agree with his opinions...I don't agree with them a lot either. But he does have more contacts and inside info than anyone here and most people in the industry. If you know anything about his chats he does like to call out duckers or runners in fights, but he will constantly defend that GGG didn't duck and that Ward was equally as much to blame. Also note, since #CaneloCartel is using #SOGGang to cop pleas right now, that he said that Canelo isn't ducking yet either.
Please keep posting those Dan Rafael chat wrap-ups. I look forward to reading them when I come into this thread.
Let's go champ

:russ: I want one of those hats.
lmao the Fight game was on recently, and Lampley didn't even have Vargas in his top 5 WW :heh:

Max acting like Ward/KKKov is 50/50 fight :mjlol:
They need to post the full episodes on the HBO youtube channel. Tired of the tiny little post show chats they have on there.

Hopefully Briggs can push em to 6 rounds

i want to see more of briggs too. im a fan of the way briggs trainer jesse robinson does pads. very hands on and physical slipping and countering.

he has briggs moving really nice here. how robinson had briggs working in this video was how he came out against zarate. just a lot of good old school slipping and countering. interested to see how far briggs and robinson can go.

You my breh but you're directly avoiding words that came out of WARD and GOLOVKINS mouth. Not super mario, not J prince, not Loefller, not the head of BET or HBO ( at HBO strong-arming Ward into fighting kkkov like you believe that shyt). Furthermore we have someone who is plugged in with RNS that says contradicting things to what you're saying breh. So take you post back to the lab do you research, make the post half long and twice strong.
I didn't follow the buildup to the little g-rosado fight like that, but I was rewatching that fight on youtube and noticed the commentators mentioned there was originally a catchweight. the fight was signed for 158 lbs. it only happened at 160 because rosado himself cancelled the catchweight a couple weeks before the fight.

so little g says catchweights are disrespect to boxing, but he wanted ward at 164. he said middleweight belts should only be defended at 160, but he was gonna defend his middlweight belt at 158 for rosado. and notice how loeffler spoke on the catchweight like it was badge of honor that little g was coming down. "this is unheard of for a champion":mjlol:....3 years ago it was a badge of honor to do a catchweight, today it's a disgrace:pachaha:....loeffler says "that's how much respect gennady has for gabriel"....in other words, little g knew 100% he could beat the shyt out of rosado, catchweight or not. smh. there's so much dirt exposing these clowns it's hilarious. i'm done with this fraud for the time being. the proof is in the pudding. little g and his whole team are some straight up HO's.

I dunno how that's gonna work.

#FelixFederation looks pretty solid physically wise at 135. He should stay there and work up to 140-147 in the future.

Dude has already looked a lil flat in his last couple of fights.
I just don't wanna see him drop weight and get slumped by a guy like Salido or some shyt.

It's to the point where I think #Thurminators is trolling nikkas now.

Trying to give cats heart attacks and shyt, thinking he's gonna trip on a random skateboard while leaving the gym or something.
what was his injury?
