HBO has the top 4 of the 5 watched boxing cards on TV so far in this year..GGG-Wade was impressive considering its GGG against a mandatory few have heard of or even given a chance 
without including the non subscriber viewership too

hell hopefully the Haymon cards this coming Friday night and Saturday night can challenge those numbers...i mean judging by the amount of posts in both of the stickied threads for those cards they must be highly anticipated for real and will do huge numbers
im legit impressed by broner doing numbers like that on a friday night from a guy that has never even beaten a top contender or even B level @yawn...PBC on Spike is the only PBC that typically delivers on that front and mostly overall

i personally dont agree with postol and crawford being on PPV but im a fight fan first....they both work hard and are good fighters..if they load that card up with a solid undercard ill part with 49.99 for it

Well technically it is Showtime Boxing on CBS presented by PBC, since Showtime is funding part of it to get the fight made.
This year actually should be a good year for the fights to take place, but it is looking like 2 of the 3 major outlets are struggling. HBO cut its budget and it shows. Loma vs. Walters should've happened, Crawford vs. Postol shouldn't be on PPV, and they should be willing to pay Ward for another tuneup. PBC is reducing its budget and it is noticeable. They have too many guys to have so few cards. Showtime is the one who is looking to have a pretty decent 2016. 2015 was horrible for them, but now that PBC needs some financial relief they are back in the cut and word is their budget is the same as HBO's, which hasn't been the case in the past.
I wish PBC would cross promote with Showtime more and put Showtime's announcers on PBC's broadcasts (we are getting them for Thurman-Porter, but more often than that).
