Not a Norris stan, but I do believe he could beat Floyd and I don't say that about many fighters.

His size, strength/power, hand speed, relentless pressure, and tendencies to make fights dirty would give Floyd fits. Yes he has a bad chin, but Floyd wouldn't be able to crack it just by pot shotting.him. He'd have to put his punches together like PBF, which at 154 he wasn't. And if he did he'd open himself up to some big shots coming back at him.

Floyd is the better fighter overall, but stylistically Norris is wrong for him

Don't forget his about footwork :whew:

Fioyd could hurt and would hurt Norris tho
And I'm not even talking prime floyd im talking brittle hands floyd

Everyone who faces him said his power is underrated and if your routinely hurting fighters that out weight you by 10--15 or more, than obviously he has something there

When it comes to tenchinal skill, counter punching and outboxinh someone, floyd is the master. Not saying it would be a easy fight, but floyd ain't losing lol and I think you are well aware of this

Floyd being able to hurt him is very debatable bruh. Floyd would have to fight a perfect fight against someone who's not only bigger than him, but could match his physical attributes & could touch him consistently. I believe Floyd's output would be low because of the incoming firepower he'd had to evade.

floyd has hurt every fighter he has ever faced
i don't think norris would be any different
floyd got the best defense of all time (him or sweet pea)
no one and i mean no one is hitting him consistently with anything
lol even when he goes toe to toe he rarely gets hit cleanly with power shots on the chin

you'lll catch him, but then he'll make adjustments
thats the main reason why floyd is so damn good
hes the best adjustment fight ever
he can fight so many different ways
its very difficult to keep up
and he has a iron chin to go with it

your opinion tho

Old Shane Mosley damn near had him out on his feet. Maidana consistently touched him in their first fight, JLC consistently touched him in their first fight & none of those mentioned fighters (prime Sugar Shane would've done better in their fight) had the offensive arsenal, footwork, & hand speed of Norris. That's not an opinion or debatable fam; that's a fact. Norris was an accurate & devastating combo puncher to the body & head. He could do it all. While May's defense is great, Norris was a great offensive fighter that every tool is his bag to beat May's good defense

Sergey Kovalev to fight Isaac Chilemba in Russia

WBO, IBF and WBA light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev will defend his haul of titles against Isaac Chilemba this summer in Yekaterinburg, Russia

As reports in Eastern Europe began confirming the bout on Saturday, Chilemba himself clarified the news to WBN that he will travel away to meet the world’s best 175 pound fighter on July 11.

The Malawian secured the chance despite losing out to Eleider Alvarez late last year as Kovalev has struggled to nail down an opponent for his return home for the first time in five years.

Kovalev last fought in Russia when defeating Roman Simakov via seventh round stoppage in 2011 and will head back to a hero’s welcome as one of the pound for pound best boxers in the world at this current moment.

Chilemba, 28, had been in decent form up until his 2015 setback but is widely recognised as a tough night’s work for anyone in the division. His status as Kovalev’s Main Events stablemate certainly helped, although Chilemba will have no doubts that he can pull off a shock in three months’ time.

On the other hand, Kovalev may see Chilemba as merely a tune-up for a much-talked about super-fight with former super-middleweight king Andre Ward scheduled to happen this coming November.

An official release on the encounter is due out soon from the Main Events team.

Shane landed two punches lol and never landed again lol
He was not out his feet, he was still going forward abd throwing punches lol
People overeact AND over analyze every clean punched landed on floyd because it rarely happens. Yet you think Norris is just gonna continuiously hit Floyd with clean shots :francis:

Norris is a better counter puncher than floyd :francis:

Norris has lost to lesser fighters than floyd lol Ppl just enjoy giving floyd imaginary l's
