That makes pbc look bad,i hate to see that happen
Word was PBC wanted it on prime time, but due to rumored financial issues, they brought on Showtime to co-brand it and provide financial support. So it is going to be PBC presents Showtime boxing on CBS, with Showtime's announcers. Don't remember if I heard who was doing the production CBS/PBC or Showtime. Hope it is Showtime. They have better ring walks and Lennon Jr.

Holy shyt at that SHOWTIME Schedule :gladbron:

We eating premium meals damn near every week and not a PPV in sight :banderas:

La Rosa and lemew have the same promoter

La Rosa couldn't get a fight for over a year until they needed to him for lemew who's one fight away from network money

lemew doesn't make weight, wants to rehydrate over 175 and only offers La Rosa 3k for missing weight

La Rosa say's no and now the promoter he pays is gonna let him get suspended, fined and prolly not pay him

Good Old School Boxing Business right there :mjpls:
I forgot to put it in the chat wrap, but Dan said that Lemieux was roughly 3 lbs over the already contracted weight, offered 3k and La Rosa said no. Fights off and La Rosa is going to be suspended because the commission said 3 lbs over isn't a big enough deal to cancel a fight.
:mindblown:

Repped you breh. Do the chats for my entertainment, help contribute to the board, and also to see if it sparks any discussion. I don't think Dan is right on everything, but he provides inside knowledge as well as strong takes. I appreciate that you follow up each time with your takes on the chat. :salute:

Dang, looking at that video, I've lost a lot of weight since January. I better stay on my workout plan. I've been doing this program called Hammer and Chisel from beach body. that jawn is hard as hell. I'm too old for all this. Getting out of bed in the morning sounds like a crypt opening.

Just stay with it. Looking good :blessed:

How many part-time Uber drivers is he gonna fight before finally facing a live body?:martin:

Robert Easter Jr is fighting in only his 17th professional fight and he's facing a former Champion who's coming off of a win against the former #1 Lightweight in the world.....Verdejo is fighting in his 21st professional fight and is fighting the man who offers you gum and cologne in the bathroom at the club:francis:
I'm getting sick of uncle bob he need to let felix and t craw out the cage now! !!!!!:yawn::devil::devil::mad::mad::mad:

Two different animals breh! Although I think Verdejo will excel as he steps up, if he ever does. I don't think his power carries though.

T Craw too hard to tell right now :yeshrug: He gets caught too much, and the "We can't find anyone to fight him. he's so special :gladbron:" narrative will change soon. I think Craw does well against about 98% of his possible comp out there though.

How so? His career his still very young. It's not like his career is over, he just took an unexpected L

He'll be back

Somebody might get shot

But he'll be back :to:
what did you actually think about that fight anyways?

I thought Antoine Douglas looked totally lost against someone who came to get all the way up in his chest and throw power punches at a furious pace ...almost like Broner vs Maidana.

The pressure and inside fighting of Khurtsidze, plus his obvious strength to continously push Douglas wherever he wanted him to go in the ring, laid a blueprint that I'm interested to see if Douglas can rebound from.

The word is out now that his inside fighting wasn't fully developed and I want to see if he can correct it. He kept ducking his head and getting caught with uppercuts from someone who was 8 inches shorter:mindblown:

Do I think he can bounce back? I don't know. Rarely does someone get destroyed by a less than stellar opponent and bounce back to being a top tier boxer. He has the size, athleticism, speed, and skill to get back...he just has to learn how to deal with pressure fighters and fight going backwards to use his size/reach advantages.

I wouldn't throw in the towel on him, Imam, or Harrison just yet...but I am very interested to see how they bounce back from devastating KO losses.
