Broner's first 5 fights at 140: Carlos Molina, Emmanuel Taylor, John Molina Jr, Khabib Allakhverdiev, & Ashley Theophane.


I don't think Postol, Troynovsky, Herrera, Matthysse, or Provodnikov want beef with either of them (AB or Craw) though.

What's the REALISTIC move (fight) for #AboutBillions after he lay waste to Theophane?

I wish Jose Benavidez would actually step up to the plate and demand his mandatory shot....but once again it's more proof that all I hear are *crickets* from other Top contenders at 140 in regards to AB.

AB said that he intends to fight 4 times this year and one of the remaining 3 fights will be for the Championship at either 135, 140, or 147...depending on what's available.

Crawford would outbox him but there's always that possibly he gets caught with something big. Bud gets hit & is no defensive wizard. But with his skillset Provo should be neutralized. If I were on his team I wouldn't take that fight. Not enough money.

the thing with ruslan is even in his defeats he is dangerous from beginning to end even as he is outboxed

herrera - beat him the clearest and took a good beating
bradley - outworked ruslan but came close to never being able to pass a MRI again
algieri - was in cyclops mode after 2 early KDs..gritty effort though
lucas - made out fine than the others and besides unlike the others he had the power to get ruslan's respect

if crawford faces prov and does him like he did lundy...id be very impressed for real

Well, be prepared to be impressed


Prov is too slow and limited for Crawford to have a difficult time with....Crawford will beat him via TKO within the distance (Doctor, Corner, or Ref will be stopping the fight). It's gonna be target practice all night

I agree that is what makes this fight interesting. Crawford should be able to easily outclass Prov, but we have seen Prov against real tough competition, guys you mentioned, and no one got out of the fight without taking serious lumps.

It would be impressive if Crawford beat him more easily.

I don't see how that fight isn't being made next.

Both are Champions in same division, RING #1 & #2 Junior Welterweights, both claim they want it, both have same promotional company, both fight on HBO...what's the hold up?

That's why I want that fight to happen. If crawford beats postol he can become the lineal champ
