No, because Chaves bring something different to the table. Don't get me wrong, Algieri is a good fighter. Way more skilled than Chaves. But Spence is a very good boxer himself, so I don't see him having much trouble with Algieri.

But the one question mark that still remains for Spence is his chin, Does he have the ability to take a good punch. Even alot of Spence's biggest supporters were concerned because he looked to hittable in his last fight. So I feel like that's something we need to find out about Spence. And while Chaves isn't as skilled, he does possess punching power. Something that Algieri does not. So how would Spence respond if he gets hit with power shots from a guy like Chaves.

That's why a Spence/Chaves fight would interest me more.

Was thinking the exact same thing. Also even though Chaves hasn't won in the US, we can't act like he was dominated by any of the fighters be lost to. His fight with Thurman was competitive till he got caught. The Rios fight was God awful but competitive. And even though to me he was beat by Bradley it was competitive too.
