Berto vs Guerrero being FOTY is laughable. shyt was a rough and tumble ugly ass fight where the ref played a hand in the the way the fight progressed. I'm not a fan of Jay Nady, but he would have been perfect for this fight. He at least sees shyt and moves around the ring a bit. This lazy retarded fukk acted like he couldn't be bothered.

all have cases for being FOTY or at least were better than Berto/Guerrero which lacked any type of consistent ebb and flow with the action.
Guerrero fought dirty as fukk, but Berto's lack of footwork, inside fighting, and defense simply magnified the effect. I don't care to see the Ghost fight again. Nobody gonna wanna give that dirty fukk a big fight.

Yeah that was pretty damn good fight. I think it happened to early in the year so cats kinda forgot about it.
Now that I think about it. Haye/Chisora was pretty good while it lasted too.
this year def had some fight of the year candidates..salido/lopez 2 is still my leading choice..but the thing is none of the fights were high profile to the casual which means alot of them went under the radar..floyd-cotto was the most high profile fight this year and while it was a good fight it wasn't FOTY material to me

wealth tv has been the shyt for some boxing cards lately..they haven't even aired that many cards and they've had some good/great fights and couple of real low key FOTY candidates (viloria-marquez & gauthier-guerrero)..i look forward to them..i think bounce tv is on fios for me ill check that out later
