#InTheRing Brehs, what's your glove of choice? Those Reyes are so :blessed:
@patscorpio @HARLEM AL @SkiHatDaGawd @LauderdaleBoss @SuikodenII @ChocolateGiddyUp @InvictusAeternusEternus @TheNig @Mook and all the brehs who box that I didn't tag

Rival
Fairtex
Twins
Grant
Hayabusa
Grant Brothers
Fighting Sports
RDX
Ring to Cage

Rotated between different brands because of hand compartment, knuckle and recently wrist issues

Best ones I've used up to this point have been Ring to Cage, Grant and Rival

Haven't had a chance to use Reyes, been eyeing the Casanova gloves

My Grants are my bag gloves while the others I have tried are sparring gloves

Edit: Forgot Ringside, those have been great as well

Lucas Matthysse Ready For Camp, March/April Return Eyed
By Marcelo Gonzalez

After his knockout loss to unbeaten Ukrainian Viktor Postol in October of last year, tough Argentinean Lucas Matthysse (37-4, 34KOs) took a much needed vacation with his family in Trelew, Chubut, Argentina.

Matthysse is already preparing to hit training camp to start working for his return to boxing, according to what was discussed by his co-promoters Mario Arano and Golden Boy Promotions. Arano says the return would be in late March or early April in the United States.

In the coming days, Matthysse will be training in Junin with his trainer Luis "Cuty" Barrera at the Arano Box Gym. The exact date and opponent is unknown at the moment.

Right now the fighter and Arano are trying to determine if the boxer is going to remain at junior welterweight or move up to the welterweight division. Right now they are leaning to a move to 147-pounds.

"We have a few days to evaluate all of the factors with Golden Boy Promotions, but we are considering of having Lucas reappear at welterweight," said Arano, adding: "The boxing market points to 147. Matthysse could have some big opportunities in this division."

After the loss to Postol, in Carson, Lucas returned to Junin to accompany his daughter Priscilla in the final months of the school year. In mid-December he traveled to spend the holidays in Trelew, his hometown, where he spent several weeks resting and "charging the batteries" for his return.

Some of the opponents mentioned for Matthysse include Mauricio Herrera and Ruslan Provodnikov. The return weight depends on which opponent is secured. Provodnikov is willing to fight at 147.

Herrera would beat Matthysse at 140, and Matthysse already beat Provodnikov....fighting him at 147, only 1 fight removed from beating him, is pointless imo.

Also, Matthysse at 147 is gonna be food:manny:

my thing with Lucas is his training..what is he doing different from the Postol fight? Im not reading anything that he's shaking up his camp..id rather see him at 140 and take on 1 softtouch before going after someone like Herrera

as brutal and excellent as the Prov fight was..a rematch isnt really warranted right now
