I just look at it like this:

Amir Imam was supposed to be great breh. Not good...GREAT. That's what they told us, and imo, great fighters don't lose to people like Adrian Granados, especially via KO though. That's not including the fact he already showed us, for no matter how much yall claimed he was "better than Broner with it", his shoulder roll defense was extremely leaky....which is why Fidel Maldonado Jr sat him down as well. Granados was just able to keep up the effort while Maldonado couldn't.
Exactly, I'm not gonna buy into the fact he overlooked his opponent. He shoulda been well rooted and grounded he knows he messed up now. We all need a reality check and that was his.

I never called him great or said he was better than Broner fam but I hear you. I was high on him as a prospect because he showed promise as a prospect but knew he needed to tighten his defense up. Like I said right after he lost, this will make him or break him as a fighter.

You didn't...but Im not talking about you directly.

Im talking about the consensus within the boxing community is that he was a great prospect....most people had him on the same tier as Spence & above Lubin, which I always thought was :patrice:

I know that bruh :salute:

He's definitely a level below Spence (who beat him in the amateurs) & I haven't seen much of Lubin (about 2 fights) but know he's handling his business. Spence's offensive skills are some of the best out of all of the young contenders. I doubt he would lose to someone like Granados right now.

Nonito faces everyone:wow:

I honestly don't know what to make of Nonito right now. Dude keeps going after quality opponents and tough fights. But it really appears that he is slipping and his heart isn't in it quite as much.
Don't want to see him get hurt, he will get to retire with no question marks about his career. Dude faced the best and his record and competition will speak for itself.

Do people think he will be a HOF'er?
