Yep. He's good enough to beat those around and below his level at Welterweight (C), but loses to B fighters, and stands 0 chances at all against an A fighter.....just like Dierry Jean

Truthfully I don't think Jean would lose to Ghost or Soto-Karass if they were in the same weight class if that means anything.

Me either. Jean has pretty much beaten clearly anyone he's faced outside of Crawford and Peterson who dominated him, which are 2 elite 140lbers



Jean could give some B fighters at 140 like Herrera, Benavidez, Imam a good run for their money, but would probably still lose a close fight....but he's good enough to beat pretty much any non-top contender without a problem. Jean vs Provodnikov would be a fight I'd like to see

Those type of questions can be asked for anyone/anything, because we know it's a style makes fights thing. Benavidez is a B fighter imo, because of his skill. He's a top 10 fighter at 140 imo....Jean isn't and neither is Berto at 147.
