moorer-bean i dont even remember watching but i remember watching byrd-williamson...TOS blew it
I do want to see him fight someone legit..he can keep talking unless someone shuts him up.A mere Con's lack of willingness to actually earn big fights has rubbed the boxing world the wrong. His style & fast hands make for interesting fights, but he moves so funny that I am glad he isn't getting these fights.
Making up phantom contracts, trying to set deadlines, etc. He's just corny.
I watched that fight live with the on my face...it was so bad that the Ref had to threaten a DQ if they didn't start mixing it up....I've grown to appreciate byrd since he retired but that fight ..neverByrd-Williamson is the worst fight of all time
I challenge someone to name a fight worst than that.
Tim Bradley Jr. teaches Guy Robb distance, pretty cool
What did you guys thought about Southpaw ? Watched it yesterday and found it disappointing on many levels.
It was ok...i appreciated the work Jake did to look like a fighter at leastWhat did you guys thought about Southpaw ? Watched it yesterday and found it disappointing on many levels.
Yeah, so caricatural after that I was not expected that really. Even the title of the flick barely relates to the content, though I kinda understand the stances thing with orthodox = Jake's old way and southpaw = Jake's new way). But the ultimate weapon came out of nowhere honestly because he never used it and barely trained it. Only thing I found nice was 50's character and the numerous references to Don KingAfter his wife died the movie became so predictable
Yeah Jake looked impressive but he's a good actor so I wasn't expecting any less from him. Forest on the other end, I didn't feel him in that movie. And Creed is only out in January in France I'll have to waitIt was ok...i appreciated the work Jake did to look like a fighter at least
But Creed is a lot better

all this yada yada coming from a guy whose best win is still barely scraping by Maidana. And this shyt was HALF A DECADE AGO.A mere Con's lack of willingness to actually earn big fights has rubbed the boxing world the wrong.
