1. Not ranked in the RING Top 10 at Junior Welterweight
2. Not ranked in the WBA Top 15 at Junior Welterweight
3. Coming of a loss

So....we respect his courage to call out the 4x Champion over 4 different divisions, but unfortunately, we're gonna have to reject his deposit because he's not a good opponent by The Broner hater standards

Fighting a young hungry dude coming off a contested loss (that a good portion of people think he might have actually won) against a top ranked fighter is much different than fighting a guy who hadn't fought since losing almost 2 years ago or giving a payday to one of Floyd's charity cases.

We never met but I know talent when I see it and this guy is very good and if it wasn't for brave MEN like him this sport of boxing wouldn't be nothing....now it's time to address some things that have me upset because it's people out here who criticize boxers all day. Now you see why you shouldn't ever call a fighter a coward or talk bad about a fighter because our life is on the line every time we step a foot in that "Square Cirlce". That's why I always say fukk the critics and do what's best for your career cause we only have one shot to make as much as we can in this dangerous sport of BOXING and we always one shot away from Being in CRITICAL CONDITION..... I am a hating ass hater of the first magnitude and I wouldn't call Diaz a cherry pick (except when I am looking to troll)...it would be a good fight for Broner.
Plus if anyone asks who Diaz beat you could always just say he beat PED.
