on a see-saw the thing at its center, its pivot point, is its fulcrum. in boxing your leg is your fulcrum and your body weight pivots over it. when you throw a right hand, you transfer your body weight over your front leg, your fulcrum, your pivot point that moves your body weight over and into what you are hitting.

press down firmly on your front foot to brace the muscles in your entire front leg planting your front leg down hard into the ground and in the same motion rotate your hips and move your body weight over your front leg and into what you are hitting.

I dont see why the hate? The Theophane fight if it actually goes down is a stay busy fight aint nothing wrong with that. It may not even be for the belt if it does go down.

That's one thing Floyd isnt given credit for, everybody wanna shyt on dudes like Berto, Ortiz, and Ghost but these were all guys in the top 10 to 20 but when you look back at the legends
of the game these guys got more than a few low to unranked opponents. Some of these guys are legitimate bums, we forget about the the greats fighting guys like Baez, Sutherland, Suero, Wheatley, Howards,Finch,Lee, Scypion,Rubbers,and
Blin I wont even go into some of the old timers whose records are littered with scrubs (some who they fought repeatedly). People want to look at the past with rose tinted glasses and just remember the
best of their heroes.

The fight he won the title in was basically against a "stay busy" caliber fighter though so to try and give him the same excuse to fight a dude like Theophane just doesn't work.
If Broner had fought a Crawford or GArcia level fighter to win that belt then I would have nothing to say about him pushing so hard to fight dude ranked in the 50s somewhere.
