Only reason we even went into detail about Floyd (you and I), was because you bolded me quote about him being the best of his era and not having to dig deep to do it. Floyd wasn't discussed on the show at all

@krackdagawd And also, how do we know what AB would do against Mosley or take his punch? What I DO know is Maidana has a better KO ratio than Mosley and while AB did, Floyd refused to fight Maidana in MX Gloves and still ended up doing the drunken 2 step back to his corner

What if Maidana wouldve landed that same punch in MX gloves instead of the winter thermal gloves with extra cushion Floyd made him wear? Are we so sure Floyd would've still been standing

Well friend I haven't heard the podcast however I'm going by

I just don't think he's a more talented/skilled Boxer than Adrien Broner....and never will


And, I've never seen him show "heart" in a fight on the level that Broner did against Maidana either, because I feel he's never allowed himself to be put in a position of where he had to dig deep in order to comeback (which is kind of a good thing. Floyd's never had to dig deep and go all out in his entire 49 fight career, and he's still the best of this decade)

He's the best of his era, on my Mt. Rushmore of Boxing, one of the most skilled fighters I've ever witnessed...but he wasn't a flawless fighter, he missed alot of fighters at their peak, and used his leverage to obtain every advantage he could.
