I disagree.
Shane has more power than Provodnikov and is naturally much larger....plus Prov's a sitting target who blocks every punch with his face. I think Shane will KO Provodnikov.
Matthysse barely needed any footwork in the fight with Prov, just 2-3 punch combinations and slip/turn him, which was enough to confuse Provodnikov
Shane can do that and will badly hurt Prov, Im telling you. Prov is too small & too limited for Shane.
breh that fight with mayorga might have fooled u that mosely can be back but he gets beat up against prov.... i would really worry about shanes health.I disagree.

Provo has way more in the tank than Shane. I don't think this current version of Shane could do that for even 4-6 rounds. The Shane from 2010 rolls through Provo. This version will eat tons of leather & might get stopped.
Edit: If you sit in front of Provo he will grind you down. That's exactly why Rios didn't want those kinds of problems. Anyone that stands in front of Provo gets Mile High Miked
Who has Provodnikov beaten to let yall feel he beats Shane even in advanced age? Imo, it's gonna be target practice for Shane, because Prov has 0 defense and cant deal with basic movement.
Shane is much larger, hits harder, still has a good chin, has much faster hands, and moves his head. I dont think Provodnikov has anything left in the tank at all.....and I was never high on him in the 1st place. Shane is still slightly better than Prov right now.
its not always about who u beat in order for u to know he can beat the following boxer... shane can be larger, hit harder, fast hands and all that u mentioned but he still gets beat up by a live dog like prov.
Prov is overrated and always has been. He's nothing more than John Roidlina with a cool nickname. Shane Mosley KOs Ruslan Provodnikov brehs.
But since yall dont believe, if the fight comes off...I dont wanna hear after the fact "well, Prov must have had something took out of him by Matthysse" and all them excuses, this the same dude who couldnt put away someone who was concussed in the 1st round and couldnt remember anything after the fight & a guy who only had 1 eye & 0 power for 90% of the fight.
Shane getting dominated and then quitting against old ass Anthnoy Mundine has me thinking he is ripe to take that L against just about anyone if he keeps on fighting.
Prov's fighting style, size, & speed is all wrong and plays into Shane's only strengths at this point of his career imo.

This is exactly why I think Provo beats him & might stop him. Provo's pretty relentless & if you fight in his "office" you'll probably get beat.
Shane is naturally all wrong for a guy like Ruslan, but this is the way past your prime, getting a draw against Mora and getting slapped around by Mundine version of Shane.
I do give him props for beating Cano at this advanced state, but that was a competitive 115-113 type of fight.
Provodnikov is better than Cano though.
I honestly think cats are rolling the dice on Ruslan being finished after that hard fight with Lucas. It's possible, but he's still going to catch you with something.
Not too sure if Shane can take them types of hits anymore.
