Technically not Chavez jr but the way hbo/wbc set that nikka up to give his title to Jr. I wasn't paying much attention to the behind the scenes shyt at the time but hbo wouldn't approve the wbc#1 contender for Martinez so the wbc stripped him only to have Jr fight the same opponent they wouldn't approve for Martinez
