The blueprint is to maximize as much possible as you realistically can get, which is what Uncle Al can do for you.

He doesn't have to be Mayweather, but if you where a fighter, wouldn't you look at the team he has in place to try to maximize your earnings? Of course you would. It's better than sitting on the sidelines while James Prince is more concerned sending out threats to not mess with Drake.
