Cloud peaked in the Johnson fight and was never active enough in his career, so he never got the chance to work out all of the flaws/kinks in his style.
He's also had like 3 difficult fights in a row with Campillo, Hopkins, and Stevenson. His mental state is prolly done, and he caught a beating in his last fight so he could very well be finished or physically shot now.
