I dont think that at all. If NASC can administer the same tests, then nobody would be asking for USADA or VADA. The whole reason Mayweather called for additional testing is because of the fact that the commission testing hasnt caught ppl on PEDs. Once USADA/VADA came into the picture, more boxers started getting caught. So I understand completely that Bradley wants USADA and/or VADA handling it, since theyve been the ones catching cheaters.
