You arent supposed to take shyt but water before a match, let alone popping pills in dressing rooms, thats some scumbaggery and blatant level cheating, roids or not, he was definitely taking pills trying to enhance his performance(other words taking PED's) in that instant, he need to take the test.......................

Diuretics aren't enhancement drugs though as far as how someone would perform (in this case a fight) and that's found a lot more than actual steroids. Blood doping to me (which Mosley falls into...and he knew what he was doing) is the hardest thing to catch because of all the masking agents and there's no test in Boxing currently that's a 365 - 24/7 random year round testing where you have the best chance of catching a fighter. Look at how all these track runners are getting caught, during the off season. I'm someone who needs proof before I accuse anyone of anything (though that doesn't mean I'm not suspicious), but until Boxing commissions create a new system of testing fighters, then really...all fighters are in the line of suspicion being less than 1% of fighters are doing any type of blood testing.

it doesn't enhance your ability to fight, doesn't enhance endurance, doesn't enhance power, doesn't enhance your mind to think in the ring, etc, etc, etc. Using a form of Testosterone is more of an enhancer than any diuretic, and in Nevada it's legal to go up to a 6:1 ratio. Part of the reason why some of these guys are getting caught is because they're not doing it properly. Think about it like this, if Pacquiao tested negative even under WADA or USADA and the fight was in Nevada, he still legally can use a form of Test and go up to a 6:1 ratio which is still pretty lenient in comparison to other States...but by technicality he still would've used a PED according to Nevada rule (and I believe USADA and WADA go by the State's rules as far as Test is concerned)
