Floyd was the dude who started this whole "Protect your 0 at all cost" era that has plagued Boxing. That fake win by Floyd spooked him. After his Floyd's fights with Castillo, you can tell Floyd started to strategically pick fights he knew he had a distinct advantage over. Whether it would be against a fighter who's aging, just came off a knockout, had a bad performance, their last couple fights, had a stylistic matchup advantage over, etc etc
I'll never forgive Floyd for what he did to Boxing. Only now these past 2-3 years, are we seeing the culture of protecting your 0 slowly go away
