what he is doing is unprecedented but america will not enhance that because the american boxing public and sub 122 divisions mix like oil and water...who has been making these monster (pun intended) paydays fighting in america there?

i also dont understand what youre point is saying about devin..devin couldn't KO a weight blown and PED filled basket case has no correlation on you not understanding what youre talking about..its like a weekly thing with you...stick to talking about tank and his ppvs and shyt like that :russ:

Like i said rules are meant to be broken. In 06 you probably would have been like "floyd making a billie? Thats unheard of and he need his ass to stay put" :scust:

My point about Devin isn't even the ryan garcia fight its about you thinking he knocking anybody out at the top level when he ain't done that in over 5 years....just because bill haney said so :mjlol:

The money is where the popular fighters are..inoue is a popular fighter below 135....who at 160 is doing stadiums or even selling out tmobile arena?
No, and yes at times. Japan and to a lesser extent Mexico and the Phillipines, these are the only markets (domestically) that lower weights can be a draw financially (somewhat.)

Smaller weights don't sell, it's that simple, the fans don't gravitate to it, never have.

Sure, middleweight can be desolate, but even some dirt ass fight like Eubank v Benn was about to sell out, why? Because people want to watch the big punchers at bigger weights, it's not complicated.

Why you think Maloney chose to defend his belts in Japan over his country or anywhere else? Because there's no money in 130 and below.

Why you think Lomachenko moved up? He isn't even a natural 135 ffs.

It ain't about what it has been. Its about what it can be. Inoue clearly putting eyes on the lower weights to the point he selling out a stadium, which hasn't been filled out since mike tyson in his prime.
