Tank is so low output. If Shakur isn't going to engage, you're going to have a high level chess match that I personally think Shakur wins.
Honestly I don't think this is even going to be a fun or exciting fight. Tank should never fight this guy and just let Shakur rot doing whatever he's doing.

That would be the play at this point. He's always in the gym, so I would imagine that he's been training for 154. Might as well add a few more pounds and go from there.
