If the top person isn't PBC Boots can probably posture to unify and then get the other belts from PBC for undisputed maybe next year as I know Boots is tight with Espinoza (boots was a Showtime fighter not PBC).

Some Canadian guy is NABO, and I see Matchroom has the #2 guy in WBO rankings

Once Bud Vacates I think all 3 will be elevated.

I can see the 1st two unifying in Fall since they both on the Canelo card and are PBC.
For WBO I can see 1 and 2 fighting for the WBO vacant. and Boots aiming for winner after he fights Conner Benn (unless they want to save Conner Benn for maybe Boots last fight and they try to get Conner the WBO belt so him and Boots can unify).

I think if my theory is correct we could see 147 Undisputed end of 2025. I wonder how long Boots deal is though because 154 looks like a Ghost town for Matchroom
