Because Jermall was the undisputed champ at 154. Jermall is the bigger man with arguably a better resume - and ppl trashed the fight beforehand and especially afterwards.

Canelo vs Bud would get scrutinized even more. What the hell does Canelo win I. Beating a 147 over at this stage? Answer the question.

Because Crawford is better on Canelo's resume than Jermell Charlo
