Jones was a 6'4 middleweight at one point & beat the shyt outta Big Truck that nightThat Showtime/Cruiserweight era was special. There was no political BS that I remember at the time. Just the top guys going around fighting each other.

all this talk about selling PPVs...im trying to understand the flex...ryan garcia went on ppv and disgraced himself and got beat down in a fight with no stakes..like what are we doing? shyt their ppv was trash anyways...there was only 2 good ppvs in 2023 and that sure as hell wasnt one of them
And it's not like Garcia made the PPV. That was Davis's PPV. Garcia just happened to be the opponent.

This is sad man.......I saw Spence get dropped on a jab while lunging to throw his own jab, something he's done his entire career. I love Spence but him using the need for cataract surgery as an excuse for getting hit with so many jabs shows a lack of accountability. Spence is so better than this.
Who does Bud fight next if Errol is just getting cataract surgery today on January 8th 2024? I know there's a rematch clause but at some point it just makes sense for both guys to go a different direction. Bud is after bigger fish & Spence needs a comeback fight first IMO.

I don't know how evasive that surgery is, but I'm assuming he gonna be out for a while. I agree, hang up the rematch and move on to different things.

Bud could have fought someone else December 2023, and on his way to a 2nd fight either this March or April
cataract surgery? honestly spence should really think very carefully about fighting again. if there is one thing i hate in boxing is when fighters gamble with their eyesight with a history of serious eye issues. he had a detached retina and now this. he might have issues getting licensed in certain states.
