Bruh... He fought all then nikkas and was competitive in every fight.

He beat Ugas, Garcia, Biscuits, and Berto.
But he lost to Spence, Crawford, Thurman, and Brook.

But he's the only one that's fought them all.

I think Spence is number 2 but nikkas gotta stay putting more respect on Porter's name.

He can't come close to number 2 when it's Spence Crawford and Thurman in his same class, imo.

Props to Porter, but he lost his largest fights.

Maybe the best gameplan I've seen against Crawford. Being athletic, giving him angles, being unpredictable. The complete opposite of Errol Spence's gameplan

Need to put respect on Shawn Porter's name. Had a draw with Spence, and gave Bud a real test

When Shawn was first coming up I used to hate watching him fight. But his boxing actually improved greatly over the years. He knew he didn't have the natural ability as these other guys so he learned how to use his athleticism and awkwardness to his advantage.

I Remember watching a breakdown of his fight with Spence and was surprised to see how many traps he was actually setting in there. At first glance a lot what he does looks like reckless abandon. But he's very methodical at what he does. His style of bouncing on his toes is a tactic in itself. He knows his opponents will try to time his bounces so he purposely waits for them to catch his rhythm and then strikes first when they come in. This is actually what made Spence start fighting reckless. Porter kept frustrating him with the same traps and Errol finally decided to come forward and turn it into a dog fight. Which played right into porters hands. So I got a lot of respect for Shawn. He made the most of his limited skillset. He's a lot smarter than he gets credit for.

Man... Listening to this Shane interview kinda tripped me out. I didn't realize Mayweather was that much younger than Oscar and him.

It makes for a great argument. If those dudes were all the same age, would Mayweather be what he is?

Its funny how you can go from talking about dudes downplaying Crawford and being mad about it to you downplaying Mayweather. Prime for Prime Mayweather beats them 10 outta 10 times.

Its accepted to say Canelo, pacquiao, mosley, dela hoya and so forth weren't in their "prime" against mayweather ...but let dudes say Spence wasn't 100 against Crawford and y'all lose it.

Oh okay... You one of them dudes that became a Spence fan when you heard about him giving Mayweather hell in sparring. That's cool. I just know now not to reply to your post now.

If the Crawford-Canelo fight doesn't happen, I wouldn't mind Crawford trying to go for Undisputed at 154, with or without Charlo

I would campaign for the Crawford-Spence 2 fight to be for a WBC, IBF, or WBA title. If he beats Spence again, there's 1 title. Then get another fight. Then fight Tim Tszyu for the WBO, then get the last one, then retire into the sunset

It's not ideal, but there is a path there
